Favorite Things

The Malachite Box (apparently in English it's translated as the Stone Flower) is a title of a Russian fairy tale by Pavel Bazhov. I thought it was a fitting name for this blog since my main motivation is to post various artistic gems and to collect them in this 'box'. I hope to post anything I find interesting for a specific reason and/or without one.
