I love propaganda! Well I love looking at it. The visual style is very appealing to me. I guess that's the point.
Ah...good collection...there was an awesome propaganda exhibition called Weapons of Mass Communication on at the Imperial War Museum not so long ago. I was really struck by the evolution of the styles - and how recently Government's have moved away from the print medium to message us, so now the propaganda is cultish, satirical and led by lobby groups like Greenpeace or CND.

Fantastic! I remember seeing the "HET" one in a ridiculous tourist postcard shop in the monastery in St. Pete's. Should have bought it while I had the chance. :)
